• Was responsible for setting up the initial yearbook design for the client, while also working closely with them to create a custom cover and yearbook design that fit their desired preferences

• Ensured the client was supported throughout the design process by hosting online training seminars (webinsars) and also providing reference "tools and tips" emails 

• Provided customer service support for the yearbook department

• Answered a high volume of emails and calls on a daily basis in a timely manner

• Traveled to schools to provide IT software support

• Was responsible for training and supervising new employees

• Worked predominately with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Lumapix and Pictavo
